AI LICENSING STRATEGY FOR CONTENT AND DATA OWNERS
Content and data owners face a fundamental shift in how their work is accessed, valued, licensed, and protected. DS Digital helps them understand where their assets fit in the AI licensing market and pursue realistic opportunities with clarity.
AI Licensing Strategy and Market Mapping
My role is to help content and data owners understand where their assets fit in the AI licensing market, identify where real demand and leverage may exist, and make informed decisions about how their content and data are used.
My core deliverable is an AI Licensing Brief: a structured assessment showing where a company’s content or dataset fits in the AI ecosystem, which companies or buyer categories appear aligned, what use cases are realistic, what licensing models may make sense, what gaps or risks exist, and what next steps are most practical.
I collaborate with AI companies when appropriate, but the work is primarily focused on serving content and data owners with clarity, judgment, and long-term value protection.

A LITTLE ABOUT ME
For more than 20 years, I’ve worked at the intersection of creative content and changing distribution infrastructure. From early digital downloads to streaming platforms, voice AI, and now generative AI, my focus has remained consistent: helping companies understand how technology changes the way content is distributed, licensed, monetized, and protected.
Across 100+ content, distribution, and technology deals, I’ve supported both high-growth startups and global brands in structuring partnerships that protect long-term leverage while enabling scale.
