CLARITY AND LEVERAGE FOR CONTENT OWNERS IN THE AI ERA
Content owners face a fundamental shift in how their work is distributed, monetized, and controlled. I help them make deliberate, high-leverage licensing and partnership decisions in the AI ecosystem.
AI × Content Partnerships and Licensing Advisory
My role is to help content owners understand where they truly fit in the AI market, identify where real demand and leverage exist, and make informed decisions about how their content and data are used.
I collaborate closely with AI companies as part of this work, while remaining firmly focused on serving content owners. The emphasis is on clarity, judgment, and long-term value in how partnerships and licensing decisions are approached.
To support this work, I have developed a proprietary market-mapping framework and operating model that tracks AI companies, data providers, use cases, and licensing patterns across the ecosystem. It enables clients to separate signal from noise and make deliberate decisions grounded in real market intelligence rather than headlines.
Who I Work With
I typically partner with:
- Content and data companies exploring AI licensing and partnerships
- Media, publishers and IP-driven businesses navigating AI-driven change
- Select AI companies seeking thoughtful, ethical content partnerships
In practice, this includes helping teams:
- Evaluate AI partnership opportunities and licensing risk
- Clarify rights, leverage, and organizational readiness
- Structure durable licensing and partnership models
- Support high-stakes negotiations and decision processes
A LITTLE ABOUT ME
For more than 20 years, I’ve worked at the intersection of creative content and changing distribution infrastructure. From early digital downloads to streaming platforms, voice AI, and now generative AI, my focus has remained consistent: helping companies understand how value moves when technology reshapes how content is delivered and monetized.
Across 100+ content, distribution, and technology deals, I’ve supported both high-growth startups and global brands in structuring partnerships that protect long-term leverage while enabling scale.
✅ SoundHound.AI – Led content and data partnerships for this AI audio pioneer, helping power its platform growth and IPO.
